## Challenge

The Botswana Combination Prevention Project provided one of the largest real-world demonstrations of a pragmatic UTT trial, but practical implementation lessons had not been synthesized for a pharmacoepidemiology and methods audience.

## Solution

Target RWE's HIV team presented a case study of BCPP as a pragmatic trial at a pharmacoepidemiology methods conference, synthesizing key design decisions, real-world implementation lessons, and methodological insights.
