## Challenge

The degree of agreement between EHR and administrative claims data for key clinical variables in multiple myeloma patients had not been systematically evaluated, creating uncertainty about data source reliability for specific research questions.

## Solution

Target RWE researchers evaluated concordance between EHR and administrative claims data for multiple myeloma patients across key clinical variables, identifying areas of high and low agreement that affect the reliability of each source.
